We take a different approach. We partner with agencies and brands to create unlimited, high-performing videos for a flat monthly fee you can pause or cancel at anytime.

We understand you may not have enough video work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two videos to do at the moment. That's where pausing your membership comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 30-day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your membership. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

It depends on the level of complexity of the videos and the number of revisions. Some videos are straight-forward and we can turn them around in a day or less, and others take longer.

In saying that, we have created 8 x 3 minute videos, including revisions, in 30 days for clients such as L'Oréal. We work as fast as possible to provide as many videos to you as we can.

A video project request can be anything you need.

For example, say you wanted a series of 6 x 3 minute testimonial videos. That could be 1 video project request.

The way we deliver that to you is by splitting it up into manageable chunks. We’d shoot and edit the first video until it was 100% completed and then move onto the next video.

We can shoot multiple days in a row if that makes sense to do for the request, and we’d edit and deliver the videos to you one at a time.

We work closely with our agency partners and the membership is designed to be flexible.

We do offer photography, but our primary focus is video.

Photography can be added to most projects - for example, if you need thumbnail photos for a video, or extra photos for an event we're covering, but our primary focus is video.

If you need higher-end or standalone photography projects, we can organise this for you at an additional cost. We have photographer partners we can organise to provide you with high-quality photography affordably.

We can provide pretty much anything you need for shoots including actors, locations, voice over artists, special equipment, catering or props.

The hard costs associated with these are not included in the membership. We never charge a margin on hard costs and provide these at the price they actually are. Other production companies frequently charge 20%, and even up to 50% margin on top. We never do.

We'll let you know exactly how much the hard costs are ahead of time and provide a range of pricing options.

Yes. You can create as many videos for as many brands and clients as you'd like. We can 100% white-label our service and operate entirely under your brand as your video team.

No worries! We'll continue to revise and/or reshoot the videos until you're 100% satisfied.

We set you up with your own video request board with a lot of flexibility in how you request videos using it. Some common ways clients request videos is directly via the board, sharing Google docs, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared, it's fair game.
